Do you clean after business hours?
Yes. Most office accounts are serviced overnight or in the early evening so your team is never working around ours. We can also do pre-open morning service if that suits your building better.
Are you insured, and can you provide a COI?
Yes. We are fully insured and can provide a certificate of insurance naming your company or property manager as an additional insured, usually within one business day of request.
How is pricing determined?
Pricing is scoped to your space — square footage, number of restrooms, cleaning frequency, and any specialty work. We walk the building, then send a written quote. No published rate card, because no two offices are the same.
